I DO HEREBY AUTHORIZE MY MEMBERSHIP BE RENEWED UPON EXPIRATION AND THAT THE APPROPRIATE CHARGES (if any) BE APPLIED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON FILE. SHOULD I WISH TO DISCONTINUE MY MEMBERSHIP, I SHALL COMPLY TO GREATER BOSTON BUSINESS COUNCIL’ POLICY TO SEND A WRITTEN NOTIFICATION VIA ELECTRONIC OR REGULAR MAIL 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE NEXT RECURRING BILLING DATE. I UNDERSTAND ALL SUCH NOTIFICATIONS MUST BE SENT TO:

Refund Policy: Once membership dues are paid they are not refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise noted in the Event Payment Details, as general rule, refunds may be obtained provided that cancellations are received at least 48 hours prior to the Event. However, refunds for events are not guaranteed. Refunds depend upon the policies of 3rd party vendors and other factors. By registering for this event, you understand that you may not receive a full refund should you need to withdraw. All cancellation and refund requests should be made to services@gbbc.org or by calling 866-594-4222.

Event Waiver
Cancellation Policy
To those purchasing tickets/admissions to any GBBC event:
All tickets/admissions to any GBBC event must be purchased using GBBC’s safe and secure web site. The GBBC conveniently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Should you have a group ticket purchase and wish to use a check, you must do so by contacting the GBBC Events Committee at events@gbbc.org in advance of the event to arrange such a purchase. You may also use a check to make an individual purchase for a single ticket, but you must have been given approval by a member of the GBBC Board of Directors in advance of the event in order to do so. All checks MUST be received fifteen (15) days in advance of the event
PLEASE NOTE: The GBBC will assess a Returned Check Fee of $15.00 for any check that is returned by a bank as unpaid for whatever reason. This fee must be paid in full prior to the date of the event for which the returned check was offered as payment; otherwise the tickets/admissions for that event and any future GBBC event will be withheld until payment is satisfied.
