To Everyone Attending a GBBC-sponsored Event:
Please take notice that the Greater Boston Business Council ("GBBC") has complete discretion and authority to utilize or otherwise retain the services of photographers for any of its events.
By attending any GBBC-sponsored event, regardless of whether or not you have purchased a ticket to attend, received a complimentary invitation to attend, and/or exchanged any compensation for admission to said event, you hereby give your express permission to the GBBC to exercise its full discretion to use at any time any and/or all photography taken at any GBBC-sponsored event in which you appear for any and/or all media, including but not limited to, print material, electronic media distribution (e.g., newsletters, mass email distribution, etc.), placement on GBBC's web site(s) and/or any affiliate or partnering organizations' web site(s), or any other form of media not expressly mentioned within this acknowledgment and release.
